BEHAVIORAL BIOMETRICS

We were asked to create a brand campaign that highlighted our cybersecurity client’s unique approach to fraud detection through behavioral biometrics. We turned each use case into a relatable persona, elevating those pain points into focus. This campaign, which thrived across display and social, also challenged us to work nimbly—ultimately leading us to explore a fully AI-driven production.

First we created four unique characters based on common biometric behaviors that BioCatch can sense and track. As we defined these behaviors, we aligned on specific details, nuances and demographics to breathe life into our heroes.

Sometimes the breakthrough isn’t just the technology—it’s how you explain it.

Out of the gate there was a 37% increase in branded search as well as 113% increase in website sessions. There was also a lot of love for four new band ambassadors whose behavior was not only welcomed but leveraged into super smart data to fight fraud, for that BioCatch quickly earned industry recognition plus a few big old shiny awards.
